Reducing defaults: this is the Scooto team’s mission for an installment purchase app outside Brazil.
The operation, led by Project Manager Marília Lessa, aims to increase customer assertiveness through better proposals and payment terms. “Since the start of the operation, there has been a drop of almost 60% in defaults. The current conversion rate is 59.62% for assertive contacts,” he explains.
According to the manager, the good results are due to the Scooto way of doing things. “We curate customers who have acquired this credit and for some reason have not paid. We don’t just charge, as you see on the market. We got in touch with this client to understand the real reason for non-payment and thus help him in the best way possible to settle his debts.”explains Marília.
In addition, the team sends out bulk SMS as a payment reminder and provides a WhatsApp contact in case there are any questions.
The results were so significant that this month Scooto’s client will start a new operation with the Scooteiras team.
