What began with the decision to hire 12 humanized and personalized Customer Experience PAs became a large operation that currently has 91 PAs divided into Security, Collections, Commercial, Social Networks and Telephony.
In addition to winning the RA1000 certificate, which is awarded to companies that have excellent customer service ratings on Reclame Aqui, Fintech also achieved excellent results in CSAT, Volumetrics, N1 Support and Quality.
