Protagonism at Scooto: Fruta at the World Cup

Get to know Fruta na Copa, the #sextou moment of Scooteiras, the result of the protagonism of Gabriela Coelho, head of operations at Scooto.

On busy days, a coffee and fruit break in the company cafeteria can be an urgent request: I need to refresh my thoughts!

Even in remote work, with all its flexibility, this moment of refreshment is also essential and, at Scooto, it couldn’t be any different. It was with this in mind that Fruta na Copa was born, a #sextou moment for Scooteiras, led by Gabriela Coelho.

What is Fruta na Copa?

Fruit at the World Cup is what we call the Friday morning remote meeting, hosted exclusively by the Scooteiras, where you can chat about anything, meditate and even dance. The only rule is: no talking about work.

When everything was bush...

The idea was the result of the Scooteiras, who felt the need for more informal exchanges in their work routines and organized, without any institutional help, virtual meetings to chat. The interactions were so good that there was even karaoke.

Gabriela Ioshimoto, Scooto’s CPO, was motivated by this proactivity and protagonism and had the idea of co-creating an environment to share more than just a work routine and promote closer connections between Scooteiras. Thus, Fruta na Copa was born . And did it work?

The images speak for themselves.

Between breakfasts, laughter and karaoke, the meeting made its way into the hearts of the Scooteiras, who asked for an “encore” and made the Fruta na Copa a weekly event.

Fruta at the World Cup today

Currently led by Scooteira Gabriela Coelho, who organizes, promotes, participates in and stirs up this meeting, the Fruta na Copa has become a place to recharge your batteries with chat, dance and meditation, and start Friday off on the right foot.

This moment of relaxation has engaged the Scooteiras team even more.

And there's more: Fala que Te Scooto!

Scooters are not only refreshed by fruit in the cup. Another important moment shared between them is the Tell Me I Scootbetter known as FQTS, where the whole company gets together for enlightening and informal talks with founder Marina Vaz and co-founder Diego Locci.

As the name implies, it’s all about talking and being heard. There’s also room to open the microphone and let your voice out.

Check out some moments from Tell Me I Scoot:

“At Scooto, we believe that real connection goes beyond face-to-face. We create connections by recognizing our own vulnerability and the vulnerability of the other, and thus make it a safe environment for informal exchanges, to speak and be heard, to ask for help and to simply be vulnerable without judgment. This is the real reason for our growth: the humane culture we spread to the market is practiced internally. Humanization starts from within, explains Diego Locci.
