Scooto has been working in sales, support, recovery and lead reversal for a platform of technology courses for programmers.
Led by Amanda Paredes, Project Manager at Scooto, the operation relies on Scooteiras to offer support service students and newly enrolled students in technology courses, as well as capture new leads e recovering potential customers who stopped in the sales funnel or were refused payment for the course.
Based on a data analysis of the operation, one of the main differentiators that Scooto offers its clients, the Project Manager found that some of the biggest challenges are:
- The high flow of incoming questions from students on the inbound service channel;
- Finding new alternatives for refused payment leads;
- Break down leads’ various objections to the programming area.
Despite the challenges faced over the months, in January and March 2023 the operation recorded the highest conversion rates since the partnership began, reaching gross income of over 1 million, with an average ticket of R$1,999.00.
